Step organization for Democracy and Elections contributed to the NGOs observing effort of the electoral process to held early elections for the Iraqi Council of Representatives on 10/10/2021. It contributed to observing the process of updating the voter register in Dohuk governorate after the opening of the update period, which lasted from 1/2/2021 to 4/15/2021
Observing the process of updating the voter register for the year 2021
A team of (6) observers made (22) visits to the (41) registration centers in the Dohuk governorate. The first visit of the volunteer team to the organization was on February 13, 2021, and the last was on 4/15/2022.
The organization submitted a report on its observers of the modernization process, which included the most important positive and negative points of the process, and submitted a number of proposals to the Independent High Electoral Commission
