STEP Organization for Democracy and Elections, in cooperation with the Peshmerga Cultural Center in Dohuk, organized a seminar on the issue of holding elections for the Parliament and the Parliament of the Region on the evening of 6/9/2022. Where Mr. (Serbast Mustafa), the Director of the organization, and the former head of the Electoral Commission in Iraq presented a topic entitled (Kurdistan Region Elections, Where to?). While Dr. (Jumaa Bundy) presented a topic entitled (The Mechanism of dissolution Parliament from a Constitutional and Legal Perspective).
Crisis in Iraq and the region regarding the conduct of elections
The seminar was attended by a number of interested persons and civil society organizations, and they asked many questions, which were answered extensively by the presenters
