Step organization for Democracy and Elections contributed to the NGOs observing effort of the electoral process to held early elections for the Iraqi Council of Representatives on 10/10/2021. It contributed to observing the process of updating the voter register in Dohuk governorate after the opening of the update period, which lasted from 1/2/2021 to 4/15/2021
